Shipping and Handling.
You agree to pay the shipping and any handling charges shown on the Sites when your order is placed. We reserve the right to increase, decrease and add or eliminate charges from time to time and without prior notice. Any shipping or handling charges may or may not reflect actual costs. All orders are shipment contracts, not destination contracts. Any shipping times shown on the Sites are estimates only – actual delivery dates may vary. You are solely responsible for providing all information necessary for us to ship purchased products to you.
PROCESSING
We strive to process and ship all orders within 2 business days. We reserve the right to choose the most efficient carrier for your order at the time of shipment. Our business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays.
TRACKING AND DELIVERYYou will receive a separate email with tracking information once your item ships.
Please be aware that all orders over $250 will ship with a signature required upon delivery.
IN-STORE PICKUP AND DROP-OFF
Come visit us at our Retail location in Louisville, CO to grab your order. During the checkout process, select "local pick up" and we will notify you via email when your order is ready. Our Retail hours can be found
here.
Please note that the local pick-up window for orders is 30 days from the day your order is ready to be picked up. If an order is not picked up within 30 days it will be canceled and refunded.

ALASKA, HAWAII, AND APO/FPO/DPO SHIPPING
We are able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, military, and diplomatic addresses. Please contact the Ride Guides for a quote at 866-401-9636 or via

*E-bikes and any lithium ion battery parts are not eligible for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time.
*Items marked pickup unavailable can only be shipped within the contiguous US to a physical, non-PO Box address.
CANADIAN ORDERS
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Currently, we are only able to ship domestically to the 50 United States and all Canadian Provinces. We do not have the ability to ship to other locations.
PROMOTIONS
Shipping promotions are valid only for ground shipping within the contiguous US.
