If you need to return an item please contact our team within 30 days of receiving your order. We will gladly issue a full refund or store credit. If we made an error or the item you received is not as described we will cover return shipping. Otherwise, the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
A return authorization form must accompany all returns to efficiently process your refund.

All returned items must be in the same condition as they were when you received them.
Clothing items must be returned in the same condition as received, including original packaging and manufacturer tags (if applicable).
Customers wishing to return an E-bike will need to have it packed and shipped through a HazMat certified shipper because of the lithium-ion battery. Due to Hazmat restrictions, we are unable to provide a return shipping label.
